Account Executive – Multimedia Advertising Sales

Turner Media Group, owner of B99.9 WZBB and Classic Hit Country WYTI, is seeking an energetic and self-motivated Account Executive to join our growing sales team.

What You'll Do
- Develop new business relationships with local and regional advertisers
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to create customized advertising campaigns
- Sell radio advertising, digital marketing, sponsorships, promotions, contests, and special events
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing recommendations
- Achieve monthly sales activity and revenue goals
- Participate in station promotions and community events
- Use CRM tools to manage accounts, opportunities, and follow-up activities

Ideal Candidate
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Advertising, marketing, media, or business development background a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
